CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY

OBJECTIVE

Make known to all interested parties of Metal and Plastic Paint Solutions, S.A. of C.V. Corporate Responsibility policies, as well as the guidelines for their compliance.


SCOPE

The Corporate Responsibility Policies are applicable to all employees of Metal and Plastic Paint Solutions S.A. de C.V.


RESPONSIBILITY

Of the company's employees, understand and give compliance with these Corporate Responsibility Policies. The Ethics Committee is responsible for ensuring the continuous dissemination and compliance with these Corporate Responsibility Policies, as well as providing attention and resolution to complaints received regarding corruption and bribery. Management and Direction, ensure that the necessary resources are available to comply with the Corporate Responsibility Policies.

DEFINITIONS

Public official:
any agent or employee of the government or any ministry, public department, agency or governmental body. Any agent or employee of a public international organization.

Code of conduct:
It is a formal declaration of principles that sets out the values ​​and ethical standards that guide an organization. It is an internal management tool to declare the values ​​and ethical standards of the organization.

Corruption:

Bribery:

ETHICAL ESCALATION POLICY


Metal and Plastic Paint Solutions, S.A. de C.V. does not tolerate any unethical behavior and neither should employees and stakeholders.

Below is the Procedure to ensure compliance, implementation, control and reporting:


  1. This Policy will be available to our employees, customers, suppliers, contractors and other business partners at https://mppsolutions.com.mx/.

  2. Any internal or external whistleblower may report any act of corruption or bribery to the following email address: denuncia.anonima@mppsolutions.com.mx Anonymous complaints may be submitted if the whistleblower so wishes. In this case, it is recommended to leave a contact for follow-up investigation.

  3. Once any complaint has been received, the staff assigned to this task will carry out the investigation, attention, follow-up and resolution of all complaints filed.

  4. All reasonable and justified measures will be taken to protect whistleblowers, without taking any type of reprisal against the whistleblower.

  5. To the extent possible, the confidentiality of whistleblowers must be maintained.

  6. All our employees must cooperate in any internal or external investigation and maintain its confidentiality. Employees who make any false or fraudulent statement regarding the alleged violation of this Policy may be subject to disciplinary sanctions.

  7. Sanctions for non-compliance with this Policy may be administrative, labor or even criminal, depending on the severity of the act and may include, but are not limited to, oral or written warnings, notes in employment records, conditioning or termination of the employment relationship with the company. All of this without prejudice to the sanctions that may be taken directly or indirectly by the corresponding authorities.

  8. No provision of this policy shall be understood as an obstacle for people to directly file complaints with the competent authorities. In such cases, it is recommended to notify our Management / Directorate, so that, if necessary, they can assist the corresponding authorities.
